At Pause & Bee, all sales are final due to the nature of our products. We carefully prepare each kit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info@pauseandbee.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • We will replace the damaged item or work with you to make it right.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Because all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for replacement.
