At Pause & Bee, all sales are final due to the nature of our products. We carefully prepare each kit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at info@pauseandbee.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will replace the damaged item or work with you to make it right.

Exchanges & Refunds

Because all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for replacement.
