2. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through Pause & Bee are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances requiring review.
Prices, product availability, descriptions, and offerings may change at any time without notice.
We accept payment through the methods available at checkout.
3. Product Information & Availability
Many Pause & Bee products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations in appearance, texture, color, or scent may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect product quality.
Product descriptions, images, scent notes, and ingredient information are provided to help you make an informed purchase. Actual product appearance or scent experience may vary slightly.
4. All Sales Final
Due to the personal nature of our wellness and self-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, product preference, incorrect scent selection, or similar reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping
Pause & Bee currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order details, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Processing times and estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information.
Pause & Bee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Certain heat-sensitive products, including whipped body butter, may require specific shipping methods during warmer months to help protect the product during transit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pause & Bee website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, designs, product descriptions, and branding materials, is owned by or licensed to Pause & Bee.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pause & Bee provides products and website content for personal use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pause & Bee is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
